Delightful Thermal Pools and Family-Friendly Atmosphere

I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the relaxing thermal pools and hot tubs, which made for a perfect weekend getaway. the location was great, especially the camp spots by the river, and the facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained. My only concern was the softness of the mattresses in the bunk room, as they weren't the most comfortable for me personally. the friendly staff and the numerous activities for kids made it a memorable experience.

We stayed in the apartment that was spotless and with comfortable bed. Every staff member was very very helpful and really helpful. It was in a peaceful location adjacent to the shops and nature...

The location is magnificent next to the river. Also, it is next to a beautiful stream running through, Tauranga and a very greenery forest area. A budget twin room has basic facilities you need.

Really enjoyed having plenty of space and a dining area in the well laid out and clean room. the staff were fantastic and approachable. the location was magnificent, very close to nature.

The place was spotless and the staff super friendly and helpful. There were heaps for the kids to do with mini, golf, a playground, and more. the pools and spas were fantastic for relaxing after a busy day, and the surrounding nature was so peaceful🌿. One tiny thing, though , no one checked in on us after I mentioned feeling unwell when we arrived, which would have been considerate for older guests, but overall.

The room had a separate bedroom, and the staff was extremely accommodating, with the venue being conveniently located close to nature, allowing for easy access to the river, birdwatching, walking tracks.

We loved our excellent stay at Sapphire Springs Holiday Park. the location was quiet and surrounded by lush greenery. It was easily accessible, just off Tauranga. The holiday park was conveniently located, only a 5-minute drive from Pelican Bay Aquatic Center.

The atmosphere was very family-friendly, the rooms were well-kept with comfortable beds, and the location was peaceful by the river and the beach.

This place is in a stunning location close to Mount Maunganui with a river flowing and birds chirping, the staff is great and lovely, always helpful when answering questions, and the room was fantastic with a comfortable bed.
